I really think this is going to be the Katch of the season !
Katzme  ♥'s it

From February 22nd – 27th, Colette will be selling the two versions of limited edition Burberry trench

The trench coats were designed by Christopher Bailey  the Yorkshireman who has helped turn Burberry into a luxury status brand.

Fantastic details under the collar.
Katzme it  !!

It was a Transformation for the Burberry’s traditional trench-coat – once worn in World War 1 - into a Burberry Hotty with  puffed-sleeves, a thigh-skimming mini, in sugar-pink satin and shimmering crystals. These coats are more like trench dresses
Burberry really nailed it this season.Don't get me wrong I really love the classical trench coat but you just can't resist one of these great new hotties.
Very Chic and a great new re- invention of the look.

The actress, Emma Watson, makes it a family affair in the new Burberry campaign, for spring/summer 2010. The ‘Harry Potter’ star is joined by her younger brother, Alex, 17, in a series of moody images by Mario Testino.

Rose-beige and lilac, feathered leather coats came with ruched, skintight leggings or silk trousers, rolled up to show pastel socks with strappy cone-heeled platform sandals or high-heeled ‘combat’ boots.

Silk chiffon and gauze were ‘reef-knotted’ into the briefest of micro-skirts, and paired with cashmere sweaters, criss-crossed with matching straps in the manner of an army rucksack.

Katzme ♥ 's the Trench, the sandals with matching socks and high heels.
Hope you love it too !!

Fake Tattoo Hottest New Accessory

Chanel wasn't the only fashion house sporting off the temporary tattoos on their spring 2010 runways.
Rodarte and Jean Paul Gautier also caught on to the trend.

Rodarte showcased tribal and geometric shapes.
Jean Paul Gautier featured henna tattoos on his models' necks and arms.

It was however the sweet and coy designs from Chanel that won

FAKE IT ! ♥
But what all new fake tattoos brought back to my mind was the unforgettable photo shoot that Steven Meisel did !!

He shot it for a Vogue Italia Patterns story back in 2007. It was a work of art using patterns and colours fading into the body of the model and the emerging background patterns

Special Thanks to Vogue Italia and Steven Miesel

Now, where can we get a packet of these from
We're ready to fake it !  ♥

At Chanel's SS10 show in Paris,Karl Lagerfield rubbed fake
Tattoos on Models Wrists.
There are several varieties too: the iconic double C's, chain bracelets,
rosary beads and little birds as well

In the middle of February, just in time for Valentine's Day, Chanel lovers will be able to purchase the temporary tattoos that premiered on the Spring 2010 Paris runway.
Chanel has styled the tattoos with posh Chanel suits, skirts, dresses and entirely feminine outfits.
However, the tattoos could look even better in a casual, street look.
You could exaggerate  both the masculine and feminine elements.
Imagine maybe a tattoo garter with the iconic double C's hanging with high-waist, vintage-style shorts, a feminine, neutral-toned top and an oversized blazer.
Or imagine the tattoo chain bangles with a heavy print jumpsuit which are all the fashion this season

Chanel's Tattoos are the Hottest New Accessory this Spring
This trend has come along at the right time too. Fashion trends for this spring are all about mixing the edgy with the feminine.
The bad girl quality of tattoos contrasts nicely with the ultra feminine designs of the tattoos. And since they're designed to be worn like jewelry and accessories, they're bound to turn some heads.
Since up-dos are going to be on everyone's head in the spring, how cute would  it  be if a little birdie was at the base of the neck under a glorious chignon?
The tattoos could also work with the famous Vera Wang braid that is going to be a hit in the spring.
The braid is parted on one side and the long, loose braid is draped on the other side. It would be amazing if the iconic double C's could appear on the side that the braid isn't draped on to provide an effortlessly sexy, rock and roll look.

Refreshing Looks from London Fashion Week  SS 2010.
I feel a tireless radiance throughout most of the shows. There was color, shape, textile development, and risk that is exciting. Maybe its the fashion worlds reaction to the economically crisis. Collections looking good on the catwalk was Mark Fast’s blossoming knitwear, Mathew Willaimsons intergalactic shields of armour, Peter Pilotti’s impressionistic prints, Paul Smith’s Tribal remix, Burberry Prorsum’s royal chic, Julien McDonald’s and Josh Goot’s balanced graphics, and House of Holland’s pop culture femme fatale.
A very inspiring week of fashion!  enjoy

Underwear as Outerwear

Is your underwear too pretty to be kept under wraps? Well this season it doesn't have to stay hidden, as bra tops, corsetry detailing and tiny shorts (or are they big pants, who can say?) become outerwear.

More modest options include wearing a lace body under a cropped vest or T-shirt, layering a sheer lace T-shirt over a vest, or opting for lingerie-inspired details such as lace trims. Oasis have also provided a handy cheat in the form of this trompe l'oeil T-shirt by student Rosalind Keep, who has designed a capsule collection for the store.

This season florals blooms appear on knits, skirts, tops and even jeans.
Topshop has embraced the trend enthusiastically, with cotton crop-tops, denim skirts and cardigans decorated with Forties-style spriggy patterns and big, bright bouquets keep it modern by mixing florals with denim shorts or rolled jeans. This season's take is also much more sexy than previous versions; forget the girlish tea and prom dresses of a few years ago and look for sheer chiffons that float around the body like a gentle breeze, structured silk shifts as seen at Erdem, or tiny spriggy shorts that would surely have made Laura Ashley blush.

Candy Colours

Enjoy that head-to-toe black while you can because whether you call them sorbet shades or candy colours, many of this season's hues are good enough to eat. Lemon yellow, eau de nil, mint, lilac, and cotton-wool pink appeared at numerous shows, and the high street is set to come over just as pretty.
Make sure you keep the look modern. Firstly, stick to the very palest, lightest versions of these shades, rather than E-number brights, and look for sharp modern shapes, or the kind of rebellious undercurrent seen at Christopher Kane and Miu Miu, where dresses in innocent colours came with sheer or cutaway elements. Try sugary shades with boyish separates; team a rose-pink silk vest with rolled-up chinos or a boyfriend blazer. Watch out when pairing pastels with black; shades of khaki, camel and tan look more expensive. After all, this look should evoke an upmarket Parisian patisserie.Check out the new shades of Dior's collection

Take a look at the cute dress from Asos just in the right shade of colour.
After a season of hard edges, sharp shoulders and tough textures, fashion is rediscovering its feminine side for spring/summer, and frills are surely the girlish trends of them all. Whether it's a ra-ra ruffle à la Dolce & Gabbana, a sculptural wave, as seen at Lanvin, or bright dappled fabrics in Viennetta-like ripples like at Stella McCartney, there are ways for everyone to get their cheap frills on the high street.
You dont have to be a Cinderella-looka-like. Mix it up a bit by layering a faded denim jacket over a frilled dress for a tougher, more casual edge, or wearing a tiered chiffon skirt

Distressed denim is still around for spring/summer thanks to Balmain – and Topshop Unique – but it's also been given a lighter touch.
Gap is denim's spiritual home on the high street, so it's hardly surprising that the chain is offering everything from a pale denim biker jacket to indigo wedges and the pleat-front jean "Its a great idea to mix different shades of denim and pair with new silhouettes. Mixing the two finishes gives the denim a very personal, individual feeling. Also keep a look out for denim shirts – its ok to knot them – and keep your jeans up with a tan leather belt.
